I’m Sophie. I support you as a strategic thinking partner and coach to help you understand who you are, where you play best and how you can make your mark, your way. I partner with brand and people teams and also love working with values-aligned consultancies as a freelance consultant.

I have a rich mix of brand marketing, coaching, team development, strategic and commercial leadership experience. I spent over 12 years heading up iconic brands as a Senior Brand Marketing Director in global FMCG organisations. It was during this time that I discovered the power of building brands from the inside out and a passion and strength for developing people and cultures that fuel personal and business growth. This inspired me to set up my own business in 2018, interweaving brand, culture and leadership, and I and have been partnering with businesses across marketing, media, advertising and retail ever since, to help them to make a positive difference. Brands I have worked with include Danone, evian, Mars, BAFTA, Wimbledon, BBC Studios, Global, Universal Music, Stella McCartney and notonthehighstreet.com.

I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Master Strengthscope Practitioner (individual, team and leader), I hold a PGCert in Personal and Business Coaching with the University of Chester and I’m committed to consistently developing myself and my business.
